  • Books, books and comics - yes, comics. Have you read Michael Chabon’s “The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Clay”? Won the Pulitzer prize. Just say’n.

  • I did finally get around to it just before the end of 2006. Haven’t read his new novel.

Kavalier and Clay did spin off into an actual comic called The Escapist, though. Chabon has written for it and many of comics’ biggest and most influential names have contributed as well.

  • sorry Joe hate to burst your bubble, but I am far from liberal
    have a groovy day

  • Ok…sorry if I called you a liberal someplace.

    But I don’t think I did.

Since I have no idea who you are.

    Oh, you’re a columnist. Cool.

Well…again, sorry for whatever it is I said about you, wherever I said it. There’s a not-insignificant chance I was drunk at the time.
